The reception was very good and the service was excellent, though the train noise was unavoidable because of the location.

The only positive thing was the staff’s service; the room was filthy, with bugs coming out of the sink, hair behind the door, a bad smell, a hard pillow, and grimy bathroom tiles.

The pool was nice and the front desk staff were polite, but the description claimed a hot tub that wasn’t there, and the steak at dinner was tough.
