Welcoming and supportive. The place is ideally situated right in the centre of town. The room was lovely—clean, well presented, comfortable. The facilities are modern and classy. A beautiful experience all round. Nothing. It was pretty perfect.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a restaurant in the hotel for dinner. There is plenty of parking along the road. Nothing that we had to worry about.

Central. Very comfortable with a stylish art deco vibe. Great food and fantastic staff. It was a little pricey for one night but likely it was due to the festival being in.

The breakfast was decent, though the sausages came out a bit undercooked, but otherwise everything was fine, including the service. The location worked out perfectly for us because we were heading to the ferry to Portaferry; the ferry only accepts the Irish travel pass for walking on board. However, the room had no air conditioning or fan (we didn’t request one and could have brought our own), it got very warm, and opening the window let in noise since our room faced the main street.

The staff were friendly, the food tasted good, and the room was acceptable. The only downside was that the room had a bit of dust here and there, but otherwise it was fine.
