“Tranquilidad pero servicios limitados”

The room was big. They took a long time to fix issues: blinds wouldn’t lower, and the room temperature had to be set from reception.

“Excelentes instalaciones, muy buen servicio al cliente. Corta estadía con mis padres.”

The staff were super friendly. The rooms were top‑class. The heated and covered pool was available. The facilities were well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was above average for the area. The access was quite damaged and blocked at some times, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
