The bathroom was clean, but because there was no window I had no idea what the weather was like

Walking distance to a discount store and Picasso Kichijoji station front shop, which is open 24 hours and offers a wide range of products, making it very convenient; the room has one 3‑port table tap, two wall outlets at two spots, a modular jack (uncertain if usable), so charging mobile devices is never a problem; the space outside the bed feels a little tight, but if you’re traveling alone it’s more than enough; the laundry room is split into a women’s area and a men’s area, so you might accidentally enter the wrong one if you don’t double‑check

This was my second stay. Even though it’s fully self‑service with no staff on site, they gave me clear, detailed directions from Koiwa Station. The first time I struggled to find it at night, but this time it was so smooth. I’m very impressed with their thoughtful communication! The only downside was that they didn’t send the check‑in details until the day of arrival, which made me anxious and worried about whether I could actually get in

Cheap, clean, well‑equipped, fairly quiet, private rooms, good amenities, best value for money, but the building is on the 5th floor, so it’s hard to find at first
