The location and the caravan itself were really nice, very spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of Wi‑Fi, but that was part of the charm.

The location was great, the accommodation cozy and comfortable. Being close to Stratford was a bonus, and the lovely surroundings made walking into Stratford enjoyable.

The site was great; we went to the bowls club house for a drink and got great value. We also visited the riverside restaurant & bar, had dinner, and enjoyed the live music. The caravan seemed in need of an update—the carpet was stained, and the laminate on the units and table was peeling.

The caravan was well equipped and there was a lovely welcome coffee tray with biscuits. Communication was brilliant. The site itself is lovely, with a restaurant and pub on site that offer fabulous entertainment. It’s in a quiet area away from the town centre, and a boat departs every 20 minutes to ferry you there. The caravan could use some maintenance: laminate is peeling on the cupboards, the toilet floor is sinking, the mattresses are thin and feel every spring through. There was a half bottle of water on one countertop, and glass shards and cigarette ends outside another.
