I got a good sleep, but the place needs more cleaning; it’s not a 3‑star hotel, so don’t label it as such. Hot water was missing and the jet spray was broken.

“One of the worst properties to stay”

I was close to the railway station, but the faucets kept leaking and I couldn't sleep all night because the bathrooms were unhygienic. The jet spray was rusted and broken, and the manager, Mr. Patidar, kept shouting at guests all night, even trying to double‑bill me. Even after showing that I had paid Rs 3816, I was forced to pay Rs 4309 again for the same room. He finally agreed to refund me when I mentioned going to the police. He also shouted at customers to leave the room by 10 am. There was no internet, the TV wasn’t working, and the manager blamed us for the broken jet spray. There was no shampoo or toilet paper.

The ground floor was dirty, but the room itself was good. The floor on the ground floor was covered in pan masala splinters, which made it a bad way to reach the lift for the rooms.

“Very noisy hotel with no WiFi in room”

The bed was comfortable, but the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, constantly shouting in the common areas. Soundproofing was nonexistent, Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the rooms, and the top sheet/duvet cover wasn’t clean. The hotel seems to cater to young couples who arrive without luggage and leave after a couple of hours. The hot‑water tank is too small for even one shower.
