The hotel is clean and good, but it doesn't justify the price; the cost was high compared to the services.
The hotel was spotless and dust-free, and the staff were helpful. The lower floors lacked a view, and I mentioned this to the hotel; the curtains on both sides were short and needed changing.
“Great Location, Room for Improvement”
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The reception area is modern and welcoming, and the staff were always happy to help with any queries. However, the residence itself had a few issues that the maintenance team struggled to fix in a timely manner, which was a bit frustrating.
“ممتازة”
Everything. No complaints.
Mertlik’s hospitality is priceless.
