“Clean, comfortable”
It could use some cosmetic updates, but it was clean. My booking got messed up.
Everything was great; thanks for the excellent service.
“Never again”
The hotel is close to our event venue, but the room was smelly and in bad shape as if they were remodeling; patches on several wall sections were unpainted, the sink was dirty, the tub didn’t drain, and when I called the front desk the man said the maintenance guy wasn’t there and he couldn’t leave the desk! Bed bugs were also present.
Breakfast offered only four cereals, milk, orange juice, and bread—no variety.

On the first night they put us in a smoking room that reeked badly, and although they moved us the next day, the towels were terrible every day, and for two of the four nights they didn’t even change the room—just tossed fresh blankets on top.
