“The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were pleasant and more than helpful. Highly recommended.”
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to answer every question we had, and every other employee was equally supportive and cheerful.
“Bella struttura, ben situata, Lecce vale una visita”
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, everything was well thought out, the mattress was good, the lighting was nice, and the bathroom was lovely. The rooms had air‑conditioning. The rooftop terrace with bar and restaurant was very pleasant, with soothing background music, attentive and competent staff, good food, and the breakfast buffet at the same spot was excellent. Honestly, it’s a great property, well maintained, ideally located near the sea, the archaeological museum, and the commercial street. You can take the train, get off at Lecce Lido station, which is the closest. However, rooms 6 and 7 are positioned between the inner courtyard and the basement. I expected quiet and coolness, and while I did get coolness, there was also noise. The staff leave their motorbikes in the inner courtyard, so when they leave late or arrive early you hear the engines and voices. Additionally, staff must access an internal room behind the rooms and use the corridor that also leads to the rooms, which adds noise (doors, voices). So my advice is: avoid rooms 6 and 7 and ask for the superior ones.
This is the BEST in Reggio. If you don’t stay here you missed out. Nothing to complain about, it was amazing.
Everything met the standards: the hotel is very clean and fully equipped. All staff are amazing, showing kindness and helpfulness to guests daily. Each morning started with cheerful faces at breakfast. The buffet is always fresh and high quality; we really enjoyed it. The hotel also has a restaurant that I recommend— the food and service are outstanding.
The stay was splendid.
