The swimming pool was great and I really enjoyed it, but I requested a higher floor around level 20‑23 and was only offered level 10, and no free bottled water was provided.

The bed and view in the room were very good, but the suite was not suitable for cooking; although advertised as an equipped apartment, it was inefficient—if you plan to cook, forget it.

The location was good, but the car park was disappointing.

The room was large, spacious, and spotless, with in‑room laundry facilities and complimentary washing‑machine powder. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were modern and clean, and the location was within walking distance of the ferry terminal. From the room we could see the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we also enjoyed the heated indoor pool and spa.

The spot is great, but the reception ladies weren't very friendly. Meals at the restaurant were overpriced for what they were, and breakfast was just average; we arrived 45 minutes before closing and the food was warm and not refilled.
