I was greeted by a pleasant lady at check‑in, but the experience quickly soured. We arrived at 2:50 pm and the room was still being cleaned; the staff assured us it would be ready in a few minutes, even though my reservation was for 3 pm. We didn’t get into the room until 3:20 pm, and when we finally entered, the beds were messy and the bathroom mirror was smudged. I’ve stayed at this place for about five years through Booking, and this was the worst room I’ve had; I’m not here to complain, just to be honest. I took pictures of the mirror and you’ll see the condition.

Nothing good to say – they canceled my reservation last minute and never refunded me. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received a refund.

The hotel sits on a hill, great for watching fireworks, but you have to step outside to see them. Breakfast was amazing 🤩. On the downside, we were initially assigned a room without drapes for privacy or the morning sun, then moved to a handicap room with no view at all. It feels like customers are treated differently.
