The location is convenient with bus transfers, walking distance to the boat and many restaurants, plus motorbike rentals. The bed mattress feels hard.

Location: central Phong Nha, price: great! Staff: friendly, helpful. The mattress is too firm, and the hotel name plate is hard to see from the outside.

Drinks aren’t included in the “included” breakfast—no tea or coffee, you have to pay for them—and the mattresses are very hard.

I stayed in a great spot with decent rooms, but the price spiked during the Vietnamese holidays, so it felt expensive for what you get; otherwise, at a lower rate, the hotel is fine.
