“A decent budget start”
Cathy at the front desk was sweet and helpful. The rooms aren’t the best and could use more amenities such as a conditioner.

The breakfast was great and the service was very friendly. Only on the first day we got a room with a bad smell and we had to stay there that night because the hotel was full; the next day they kindly swapped our room and everything was fine. They explained that the situation was due to a guest who had been there for 6 months and didn’t want to leave, and we were assigned that room. The first night was awful but everything else was excellent.

Nothing to like about this property. Only 1 elevator worked, 1/2 star at best and was not worth the money. Abandoned car in parking lot. Dinghy looking and the front desk person did not seem well equipped to handle a busy Thursday check-in

The staff were great and handled all our issues. However, the room had a mildew smell, the TV stopped working midway, shower water pressure was low, there was mold in the bathroom, and the weekend breakfast was the worst ever—no coffee until after seven.

Breakfast was decent, not anything fancy, but I appreciated how close the bus stop was so I could hop on the Cap Metro and later catch the last bus to Bergstrom Airport and fly back to San Diego. The AC was blowing hard and I had to turn it off because it was unnecessary.
