It came to our rescue. Lack of kitchen utensils

I didn’t get a kettle, tea or coffee, a hairdryer, nor a plug socket near the mirror, and the shower was out of order.

The spot was spot on, close to the station and not too far to walk to Hanley, but the shower was under refurbishment, the linen on the bed had holes, the carpet in the room was stained, there was no tea or coffee, and other residents were very noisy at night, although management handled it.

The room was great, the bathroom was nice and spacious, the double bed was a little hard for my taste but it was warm, clean, and offered good value for money, while the parking situation was a bit rubbish; parking is available in a nearby park, and the price was cheap for all‑night parking.
