I loved the cottage’s location—there was a view of all of Pauri city, the hills, and the majestic Himalayan peaks—and the best part was that it had a bonfire, dining room, and kitchen; the caretaker Gulab ji was fabulous, supportive, warm, and polite, so if you want peace and solace in the mountains, this cottage is a must-try; it was a lovely stay!
