The facility sits in a quiet neighborhood yet remains close to everything. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the free laundry equipment was a nice touch. I have nothing else to add.

“Comfortable and convenient hotel in Hualien”

The staff were helpful and friendly; Mr. Wu at the front desk was exceptionally kind. The location was great, the bed comfortable, and the shower delivered plenty of hot water with good pressure. Towels were thick and full‑size, and we received breakfast vouchers for the Liming Black Tea restaurant across the street. 7‑11 was nearby, and walking to the night market, public market, and two supermarkets was easy. The rooms were quiet—no noise from neighboring rooms—and the AC worked very well. However, even though there were two free washers and dryers, the wash and dry cycle took a long time; a nearby laundromat was quicker and reasonably priced.

Great spot—everything is within walking distance, including the night market. The staff were very helpful and even booked taxis for us a couple of times.

The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is just a 10‑minute walk from the night market in Dongda. No complaints.
