“The best high Quality to Price premium hotel in Zermatt”
Matterhorn view, beautiful outlook.
“A great place to stay in the Zermatt area.”
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel looks great and the view is great. Perhaps there could be a few warmer options for breakfast.
“Agréable séjour à Zermatt et avec le beau temps !”
The setting is quiet with a view. The elevator to Zermatt’s center is very convenient, 5 minutes from the station and main street. The large south‑facing balcony is lovely. Breakfast is good. We booked two rooms and one was upgraded free of charge, thank you. The décor feels very Swiss chalet. A small fridge is missing, and a few water bottles in the room could be made available daily, not just on the first night.
The Matterhorn views are stunning, the room is roomy, breakfast is good, and the hotel is close to the Sunnega funicular thanks to the elevator near the hotel. Walking to the village via the passage and elevator in front of the hotel takes 5 minutes. The hotel provides electric minivan transfers to and from the train station.
The staff are helpful, the location is excellent, and the ascent is easy with a tunnel at the mountain base and a nearby elevator to the hotel; cleanliness is very good. The continental breakfast is not very hearty, the pool water is not hot even though it is advertised as hot, and the sauna is not always operational – you must book it a day in advance and specify the time.
