I was told the check‑in was at 00:00 hrs, but I arrived at 3:00 am and the staff wouldn’t let me into the lobby, insisting the check‑in was at 12:00 pm. I asked to sit in the lobby, but he refused and told me I could only go outside until 12:00 pm. No cooperation at all – worst experience.
