We had a wonderful time at the property which is well situated, 10-15 min walk from the city center & Bari Centrale. The host is an amazing person, he was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We ate at his family’s restaurant, which is located nearby. The food was lovely and we even got a discount. On our checkout we left our luggage at the accommodation which was very helpful. An amazing experience that we highly recommend

The host, Ruggiero, runs the place and is near everything important in Bari. He also owns a nearby restaurant that serves great food at a good price. Everything was perfect, no complaints.

The location is very good, just 10‑15 minutes on foot to the beach, old town and bus station. Many shops in the area, the host is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and equipped with everything for a perfect holiday.

The room was comfortably and aesthetically furnished, spotless, with a very comfortable bed, very clean linens and towels. The bathroom was large and comfortable, very clean, with a set of toiletries. Very good and fast contact with the owner. The owner was very helpful, asked us daily about our comfort and if we needed anything. During our stay the building had a water and power outage. The owner immediately took decisive steps to restore electricity and water – called the right places, etc. He also left us several large bottles of water for drinking and washing. In the hallway, shared with another room, there was a kettle and tea available. Unfortunately, there were only plastic cups, but at my suggestion the owner immediately supplied paper cups for tea. The room had a coffee machine with capsules, a fridge and a basket of snacks. In the hallway there were also maps, umbrellas and beach towels, which was a great convenience. Quiet, peaceful area, very close to the promenade and the beach. The only downside was a slight musty smell caused by the room’s location facing a very small, enclosed inner courtyard. Because of that, the room had little natural light, and clothes cooled quite poorly.

Ruggiero was a great host! He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He also let us keep our luggage in the apartment after checkout because we had a very late flight that day. We highly recommend visiting his restaurant. The food was just incredible.
