My experience at Hotel Terminal One was disappointing. On the bright side, the reception team communicated well: after my complaint, Sunita Datta responded quickly with an apology, acknowledged the incident as a “serious mistake,” and offered a price concession for a future visit, showing some effort to mitigate the damage. However, the negatives outweigh the positives: a staff member entered my room at 10 pm without knocking or announcing, turned on the light while I was sleeping, which was a blatant violation of privacy and especially annoying because I’d stressed at check‑in that I only had a few hours to sleep. This lack of consideration ruined my short rest period – an absolute no‑go. The room wasn’t particularly clean, which added to the impression of carelessness. The bed was very uncomfortable, making the stay even more unpleasant. Despite the apology, the overall impression is of unprofessional service. Without proper compensation (e.g., a refund), I cannot recommend the hotel – cleanliness, comfort, and privacy should be priorities. Potential guests should be cautious.

Friendly welcome, hassle‑free processing, clean and tidy room. The only potential issue in warmer seasons is that, because of its location on a main road, you can’t open the windows without it getting too noisy.
