The staff stayed friendly amid the chaos, but we were there during a concert at The Dome, making it extra crowded; the hotel was understaffed, so getting in took forever and the check‑in line looped around the building. After paying a lot for the stay and waiting hours, the only thing offered was a warm mini bottle of water. Post‑concert, we barely fit inside because most elevators were out of service and everyone rushed for rooms; the air in our room barely worked, but I didn’t care and went to bed. Friends at nearby hotels seemed to have a better experience.

“Good facility, great location, but watch your bill on checkout as they make errors.”

Despite the hotel being very crowded, the staff did a decent job, yet my credit card was charged for all three rooms even though each guest presented a card, resulting in almost $1,000 being charged; I had to call four separate times to get it fixed, which was frustrating.
