The staff were very attentive and the internet was excellent, yet the elevator sometimes stopped and moved very slowly, only fitting four people at a time; the fact that there's just one elevator is a real drawback, especially if you stay on the 8th floor—stairs are the only alternative, which is tough for an older hotel that really needs a modern lift and better security.
