The organization is very meticulous, the staff is always available throughout the holiday, and I highlight the great quality of every detail of the property; the breakfast is unbeatable, and I can’t find anything I didn’t like.
The lady gets too involved in the customer’s thoughts, which can lead in an unsuitable direction; it would have been enough to ask and not think and act.

The welcome and cordiality from dear Ms. Michela were excellent, the kitchen is great, and we plan to return next year.

Overall I have nothing to say; the room was clean and had all the comforts (air‑conditioner and mini‑fridge), and it had a small outdoor space with a table and a drying line, useful for those who need to hang beach towels in summer. The breakfast was disappointing – from an agriturismo I expected much more, with very little variety, no local products, just one drink. I suspected the buffet might even have included last night’s birthday cake (I’m against waste, but that seemed a bit much). The real downside was the treatment when we asked to dine: we were told no because they were handling a children's party. I appreciate the honesty but they could have suggested an alternative. The morning, the lady apologized.
