“Convenient and easy”
I loved the self‑serve check‑in and check‑out, and when my daughter left her AirPods at checkout the staff were incredible and returned them almost immediately. The kids enjoyed the pool. Nothing else to add.

The location is good and the staff were helpful, and the room was comfortable. However, it was impossible to figure out how to use the TV remote.

The hotel is within walking distance to Chinatown and Darling Harbour, and only five minutes from the train station.

Location to public transport was great. Pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet despite proximity to traffic and station. Very comfortable stay. Food at Eves pub was great. Air con in our room was quite noisy

Great location, the breakfast buffet was amazing even have a range of gluten free food. The Gym was quite small and not enough space to workout. The rubbish bin in the room could be bigger
