The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was well‑located, and the rooms were clean. However, the sound insulation was poor—neighbors and hallway noises seeped in, and the old single‑pane windows didn’t seal properly even with a strip of Scotch tape on a broken pane. Luckily, it wasn’t cold, but it would have been nice if the hotel offered an English breakfast; that would have been a plus!
