I love the staff, they’re easy to deal with and very flexible. I also liked that the coffee shop serves coffee and soda juices, and we stayed there until 10 pm. I didn’t dislike it, but I was expecting a breakfast buffet; instead it was an à‑la‑carte silog breakfast. It’s not like typical hotel and resort buffets.

It’s easy to find, has a pool, good air‑conditioning and hot water. I needed bigger shampoo bottles and conditioners on the wall, more electrical outlets, and a cleaner patio.

The property is in disrepair, clearly having seen better days, the coffee machine is broken, it’s loveless, utilitarian, with no seating by the pool, plants around are withered, and the breakfast is miserable. Nothing appealed to me.

The bed was good for the price. There was no hot water, it was very noisy near the highway, most staff seemed highly unprofessional, breakfast options were limited, and there was a stain on the sheets.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. However, I encountered a few unwanted insects in my room, which was a bit of a nuisance. Despite this issue, the staff's excellent service made up for it.
