“Honestly, there was nothing I particularly liked about my stay at Desert Inn Resort.”

The overall experience was extremely disappointing, from the staff’s attitude and service to the cleanliness of the room. The most concerning issue was the presence of numerous insects inside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. Extremely poor room cleanliness, far below basic hygiene standards. A significant number of insects inside the room, making the environment uncomfortable and raising serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control. Unsatisfactory staff attitude and service further contributed to an extremely disappointing overall experience.

“Relaxing getaway!”

From the moment we walked onto the property, we were greeted so warmly by the management at the front desk. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish, and every one of our needs was attended to promptly and professionally. The villa was beautiful and comfortable, and the private pool was a fantastic touch that made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Our dog absolutely loved it too, which made the stay even more special for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and the BBQ that was brought to us was especially good. What really stood out was the level of service. The team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Desert Inn and Resort Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent hospitality, delicious food, great service, and a pet-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!. Everything was great!
