“very friendly helpful staff, good location, good facilities, noisy neighbouring music bar”

Breakfast was very good, the service and staff were excellent, very friendly, efficient and helpful, the room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, the location was good, and it was easy to access trams, cafés, and even walk to the city centre. The only downside was a music bar next door that played very loud music until late on Friday and Saturday nights.

“Absolutely gorgeous and a home from home”

Amazing and friendly reception who went above and beyond to help with any queries about travelling around. Cleaning staff superb and also friendly. Nothing else to mention.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. My room was cleaned every day. They also decorated my room for my birthday, which was such a lovely and thoughtful surprise. I really appreciated this special gesture! Nothing else was lacking; everything was great!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the old city centre. The room was comfortable, very quiet, and perfect for a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
