I was told to request the remote and phone only when I actually need them, but they’re not in the room (?????) and the pool is gone, replaced by a garden. The room was dirty, and there were plenty of insects in the bathroom and bathtub. There was no breakfast, and not even a coffee machine like the ones everyone has in America.

The rooms were old and the bathroom was poorly built; when I turned on the shower water sprayed everywhere. The towels were thin and heavily used, and there was no blanket. There were no water or soda machines.
