I liked the good services and the convenient location, plus there was parking available. The room felt a bit dark and stuffy.

The whole vibe was great. The bar was intimate and wonderful, and the staff were very helpful. The downtown location was very fun.

The in‑house staff were very helpful in the morning. I disliked the keyless check‑in because there was no one on site for emergencies; I spent 30 minutes helping another family with limited English get into their room. The concierge on the phone was helpful but still frustrating and impersonal. Parking was more expensive than advertised on the website.
