The staff were excellent and the bedding is always wonderful.
While I appreciated some aspects of my stay, such as the clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice bar and restaurant area, there were significant drawbacks. The air conditioning wasn't working for most of my stay, which made the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the ongoing remodeling construction caused confusion during check-in and was a general nuisance.
I was shocked to find that there was no hot water during my stay, which was a major inconvenience. Given the circumstances, I felt that the hotel should have compensated me for both nights. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was left to deal with the issue on my own.
“My stay was a loud nightmare”
I recently had a disappointing stay at this hotel, which was marred by several issues. On the plus side, the location was very convenient for my needs. However, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which caused significant disruptions, including loud construction noise starting at 8am, even though I didn't sleep until 10am.
“Do not recommend”
I was initially impressed by the hotel's lobby, but unfortunately, the rest of my experience fell short. The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by a stark contrast - the carpet changed, and the overall condition was subpar. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was unpleasant, and the tub spout came off the wall when I turned on the shower. To top it off, the air conditioning unit woke me up multiple times throughout the night, and for the price of $200, I expected a lot more.
