A decent hotel with a very central location. Rooms are adequately equipped, and the indoor pool is nice, though the rest of the spa area feels more functional. Breakfast is acceptable and not too varied, but it tastes good—especially the bread. Cleanliness could improve; some surfaces are quite dusty, tea cups were dirty, and the kettle still had water from previous guests. The breakfast staff are very stressed, and when a plate was knocked over during clearing, there was no simple “sorry” offered. The hotel lacks a space where you can linger to have a coffee. Aside from breakfast, everything else is fine.
