From the start I didn’t like it; check‑in was a bad experience, the front desk lady was not friendly, very dry, and didn’t say good night or anything. The worst thing of all was the bed—dirty, with hairs, stains of all colors, dirt, and a dead cockroach on it. Nothing else to say. We left and booked another hotel.

The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable, and I’d stay again; the staff were friendly, patient, polite and professional, but my mattress had a dip from heavy use, so I had to lie on the lower side of the bed to stay level and comfortable.

Nothing was good, only the staff were nice; everything was filthy, the bathroom leaked, the AC made a weird noise all night, the room smelled awful, and weed was everywhere.
