“Dreadful. Completely misrepresented on the website.”
We booked a bed for our one‑year‑old, yet no cot was provided; the mattress on the floor was unacceptable because the baby kept falling out and bumping his head. Electricity was on and off for two days, so there was no lighting, no hot water, and no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was not available, forcing us to eat at a service station for two consecutive days. One of the cats urinated on the fridge, leaving a large puddle in front of the door, and the owner threw a dirty rag over it that was still there two days later. On day three there was no hot water, and the shower head in our room was broken, so we had to hold it. The 'welcome' tea tray left for us on the first day was still on the side with dirty items and moldy biscuits three days later. The owner was high on drugs (we saw him smoking a bong when we arrived) and was essentially useless at providing check‑in information or basic amenities. We had to ask three times before any toilet roll was made available.
