“Don't book this Hotel as they priortise the Conventions only”
The only thing that worked was the location; everything else was terrible. It was a 4‑star hotel, yet the service felt worse than a 3‑star place I’d seen. Two rooms had cockroaches, the rooms weren’t cleaned, and there was no water in the bathroom. When I complained the first time they didn’t respond, and after a second complaint a staff member said the main water supply knob was off and told me to turn it on. Why should I be paying for hospitality if I have to fix everything myself? The airport shuttle and other services were pricey, and the quality didn’t match the cost. The hospitality staff were sluggish; I’d already called to say I’d be arriving late and asked if the room was ready, they said yes, but it took almost 30 minutes to hand me the key.
