“A nightmare stay defined by filth, lack of privacy, and unsanitary conditions.”

AVOID THIS PLACE! Misleading photos and terrible conditions. Do not book this place. The photos and messages from the host on Booking are completely misleading. Here is the reality of what you will find: • Hygiene & Comfort: The kitchen and bathrooms are dirty and cluttered with junk. The bedroom is full of insects and overcrowded (out of 5 beds, 2 were cheap folding beds). There is mold everywhere. • Bathrooms: The plumbing doesn’t work properly. There is no shower cabin, just a pipe next to the toilet. The upstairs bathroom is a tiny 1-square-meter closet with zero ventilation. • Privacy & Safety: The hallway floor is broken and dangerous. Worse, there are security cameras in the hallway right outside the bathroom door. • Overcrowding: If there are too many guests, the host literally puts a bed in the kitchen and accommodates people there. • Scam / Lack of Legality: The host promises a lot but doesn't deliver. Още по-лошо – има камери за видеонаблюдение в коридора точно на изхода от банята. • Пренаселване: Ако има повече туристи, домакинът настанява хора на легло в кухнята. • Некоректност: Домакинът обещава много, но не си удържа на думата. “Visit during The Cure concert”

The place sits right in the heart of the old town, so you can wander around easily and there's a little balcony that kept me cool during the hot summer days. But I had no idea which house I was supposed to stay in – no instructions before or after I arrived – and that mix‑up left me pretty annoyed. I booked because of a concert, paid a lot, and in the end it just didn't feel worth it.

Breakfast wasn't part of the stay. The place is in a great spot for exploring Plovdiv, but the amenities fell short of what the listing promised. The rooms, especially the kitchen, weren't clean, and there was no heating in the kitchen, hallways, or bathroom – not what I expected.

“Rezalet”

I didn't like a single thing about the place – spider webs everywhere, no TV, no wardrobe, AC not working, and if you’re traveling in winter, think twice. It looked different from the photos; we booked for four adults and a 17‑year‑old, yet they demanded an extra 20‑Euro bed fee, which we refused after showing proof. Cameras were in every corner, which was really uncomfortable, and I’m baffled how the platform even approved this. Overall, a mediocre, low‑quality stay.
