“We left once we seen room”

I wasn't impressed at all. The bathroom door had a hole and the room looked dirty. When we reached our floor it smelled like weed. I asked for a refund but have yet to hear from the hotel or booking.

The staff were friendly, but the restroom door had a huge hole that let you see inside, the floors were dirty, and the hallways had a marijuana smell.
