Nothing. The service was not provided at all. We booked a room, but upon arrival there were no available rooms. We were politely sent to another hotel and had to arrange the transfer ourselves, ending up at a place with a different price and having to pay extra.

The only positive was that you could check in at night despite the curfew. I booked a luxury room for 1200, but was shocked by what I paid; how can this be called a hotel? There was no hot water, even in summer, the shower cabin was dirty with grime on the glass, the shower door fell on me and was in emergency condition, the towels were a nightmare—so many stains that the administrator replaced them with almost identical ones. The bedding was not fresh and had hair on the sheets and duvet; the floor was dusty and left a mark. The administrator offered a room change, but the other room smelled terribly of cigarettes.

In the semi‑luxury room the heating was an issue, the floor was cold and the room itself felt cool; slippers were a must in the bathroom, the tiles were very cold because there were no radiators or electric heater.
