How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel's exterior looks really nice, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was stuffy, the bathroom was dirty and not well-maintained, and the TV with Netflix didn't work. To top it off, the room just wasn't comfortable - I was expecting a lot more for the price.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the main road, but the staff were a highlight - the cleaning staff were super friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff struggled with English, which made it hard to get help with anything except the basics. It would be great if they could bring back the tuck-tuck service too.

The staff were really kind and helpful, but the location was a bit of a problem. There aren't any bike taxis or convenience stores nearby, which made things a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Happy Land and Mall Bang Kapi. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was super slow this time around, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, the proximity to these attractions made up for it.
