“Buono”
The layout, organization, cleanliness, and services were good. I didn’t like the pillows—they were too hard—and the air‑conditioning was loud, but luckily I didn’t need to keep it on, so I slept well with it off.

The rooms were extremely quiet, the swimming pools were stunning, the food was excellent and varied (the breakfast was super), and the dining room staff were very friendly. The rooms could use some maintenance to feel like a true 4‑star, and the reception’s welcome felt a bit cold; a brief rundown of meal times and hotel services upon arrival would help.
The pools were gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly, while the massages were simply superb.

The property is welcoming and very clean, with precise, caring, and professional staff. The spa is very relaxing and well‑guided by external signage. I enjoyed a very good relaxing massage. The outdoor pools are beautiful, super relaxing (thanks to the dome acoustics), and the indoor one too. The restaurant also deserves praise.
