I asked to check in a couple of hours earlier than the scheduled time (enter at 14:00 instead of 16:00) because I had a wedding at 16:45 at the Magistral. Their reply was that it was impossible, but that for a "modest price" they could let me in those two hours earlier… I obviously said NO. Therefore I’m very dissatisfied with the service received.
