The hotel’s location is great, just a 5‑minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and even showed us a map of the daily sightseeing spots. The room was a decent size, enough to open two suitcases.

Domus Augusta, positioned between Termini Train Station and Castro Pretorio Metro, offers air‑conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, flat‑screen TVs, and free Wi‑Fi. A small fridge supplies water, while a shower and hairdryer complete the ensuite. The Colosseum lies a 10‑minute metro ride away, and Termini’s 500‑meter proximity provides direct airport and city links.

1. Good location, just 200m from Roma Termini; 2. The staff is super nice and patient, they give recommendations for food and places to visit; 3. The room is clean and safe, with AC and toilet, water pressure is perfect, hot water is stable; 4. You can store your luggage for free after checkout;. My room is just next to the hotel entrance, a bit noisy when ppl coming and going

The hotel’s location is just 5‑10 minutes from Roma Termini, which is why I chose it. From there you can reach literally any attraction. A staff member was so kind he drew a 2‑day route on a map for me to see all the best attractions of Rome. He was also kind enough to share a restaurant list that I could never figure out myself. I believe his name is Slim.

If you’re looking to stay near Termini station, this hotel is a solid pick. I was worried about safety, but there was no sense of danger at all. Nights were quiet, letting me sleep comfortably, and the cleaning was meticulous. The downside was that when I showered heavily, the drainage worsened slightly, and I noticed a sewage‑like odor near the shower drain a few times, though it wasn’t a major issue.

We needed a spot close to the Terminus station, and this place fit the bill. The room felt like it belonged to another era, but it had everything: a bed, a clean bathroom, and even running water. Noise was a real issue – at 5 am, shopkeepers started setting up right outside our windows, with the clatter of metal hangers and loud chatter keeping us awake. The air‑conditioner by the window was noisy and underpowered. We’re not planning to return.
