A great quiet location, 1 minute walk to shops and pub. We were upgraded to the Sunrise Room which was appreciated as it was more private and had an outdoor area overlooking the lovely garden, with sea peeps. Our host was very welcoming and responsive

Communication before arrival was solid, the host was warm, the accommodation was well equipped, and a short walk took us to cafés for meals – a brilliant Collingwood location; there were no blemishes or negatives, so I’ll definitely come back.

The location was good, the people were friendly, a night lamp in the bathroom was a nice touch; the TV didn’t work, the bathroom light was on, and the extractor fan was on right away.
