The place is genuinely stunning and meticulously cared for, with high‑quality furnishings that feel like a tiny museum for those who love that style. The immaculate garden, pool, and spa with a hot tub are a major plus. The rooms are spacious and functional, although some outlets didn’t work for us. Parking is convenient, the peace is absolute, and the staff is always very friendly. The value for money of the stay and breakfast, considering all the available services, is excellent. Overall, we had a great time: a wonderful spot to relax and unwind completely, and we hope to return! On the downside, I would improve the dining a bit: the offering leans more toward an aperitif than a full restaurant, and while everything is good, the selection feels limited for longer stays. If you let them know in advance, they can coordinate with the chef and prepare some pasta dishes. I would also tweak the prices: nearly €50 for a Caesar salad, a pinsa, water, and a glass of wine seemed a bit high for the type of fare. As a small suggestion, breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 and checkout at 11:00 would be convenient.

The buffet breakfast offered both sweet and savory options, with the chance to make hot toast, fresh bread, sweet and salty delights, fresh fruit, and very good pastries – everything was flawless. The property feels exclusive and luxurious, and the attention to detail and hospitality is evident, with guests always treated warmly. The pool is truly exclusive, and while swimming you can “enjoy with your eyes” a breathtaking view that reaches Lake Trasimeno, framed by a lush green lawn that pleases both sight and spirit. Next to the pool is a small spa with a hot tub, relaxing loungers, teas, and a kettle, all very beautiful and exclusive. Since a larger room was available, they upgraded us, which we appreciated and was a pleasant surprise.
The pool is superb, the staff adorable, and the hotel very beautiful. The rooms feel a bit old‑fashioned and the breakfast is really just the bare minimum.
