We were greeted very warmly. The rooms were very clean, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and the shower suits tall people; the breakfast is good. The lift is a major convenience for older guests. Part of the equipment is a little outdated, but the overall impression is still very good.

The breakfast was good, but reaching the basement via a 16‑step staircase was a disaster for someone less mobile. It was advertised that parking was free, yet the lot was full when we arrived at 16:00, so we parked about 10 minutes away for free. The free charging point there was also defective. There was no coffee or tea in the room—only a bottle of sparkling water. When I asked at reception about coffee, they said none was available and directed me to a supermarket across the street that stayed open until 22:00 where we could get fresh coffee. By 19:15 the coffee shop was already closed.

“Boek alleen als het alternatief op straat slapen is”

The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean. The location was very unwelcoming and flat‑minded. The room was tidy but everything was barely working; the towel hook was stuck to a tile and fell to the floor the next morning. The bathroom smelled like sewer air.
