Good location – the metro store is just below and very convenient! I booked this accommodation because I stayed there for almost a week last year, and honestly the quality has really deteriorated… (my rating dropped from nine to four). In the dorm, it always smelled like sewage when the bathroom door was open, the bathroom was not clean, and neither was the rooftop or the kitchen! There was never any toilet paper in the bathroom. For the kitchen: given the state, I didn't even try to cook there… it’s a shame because this hotel has real potential. During my stay, the elevator broke down several times. It’s something to consider if you have large luggage because there are five floors.

Nothing – I couldn't stay there for even 15 minutes, I immediately checked into another hotel and left running. The elevator doesn’t work, it’s very dirty, and the photos have nothing to do with how the hotel looks now.

“Decepcionate”

I booked a 4‑bedroom room for three days and, despite the old, stained sheets and a perpetually dirty bathroom, I didn’t mind too much because the location was great and the terrace offered a lovely view. The kitchen was always messy, but that’s normal in Egypt, so I decided to extend my stay for eight more nights, thinking it was among the best compared to others. On the fourth day, I entered the room and found a cigarette smell; an Egyptian staff member who seemed to work there was smoking on his bed like nothing was wrong. Another guest told me he’d already warned him, so I assumed it wouldn’t happen again, but the next morning he was still smoking in the room and even asked if it bothered me. I told him it did, calling it inappropriate to smoke in a small, poorly ventilated room without respecting others. The conversation ended, and I thought he’d stop, yet he kept smoking day after day. I reported it to staff, but no one responded. In the last three days, I was moved to a room for eight or more people, and the bathroom never got cleaned; with more occupants, the mess became unbearable. I had already booked the eight days, otherwise I would have left earlier.
