“It was okay, I recommend”
The staff were friendly, the place was spacious, clean, and had good equipment; it was quiet. The location is acceptable but a bit farther from the center.

The location was very good, and the owner was a wonderful person. My spouse and I were both first-time hostel guests and we had a very comfortable stay.

The setting is quiet and serene, a nice spot to relax with a calm rhythm. Most museums, parks, and shops are within walking distance. The Japanese and Hungarian touches throughout, including a good collection of Japanese manga, classics, and Hungarian artists, are delightful. The rooms are spacious, unisex, with super comfy beds especially the duvet. Outlets are everywhere for convenience. Natural light from the windows is nice. Other guests are friendly. The toiletries for bathing are useful. Guests control heating and cooling with a wall unit. The owner is very kind and caring, ensuring you have everything you need, though not on site except for check‑in/check‑out. The kitchen has a hob, refrigerators, a mini oven, and a kettle. I didn’t have any trouble sharing bathroom or kitchen space. One WC has a bath and shower combo, another has a standing shower; both are unisex. The tradition of removing shoes upon entry and using slippers if needed is observed. The residential area is great, but be mindful of the other residents who live there. The kitchen’s good amenities are offset by a sitting area that only seats two, which can become crowded. The space can feel cold if doors between rooms aren’t closed. The common areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms can be left untidy, but that is due to guests, not staff maintenance.

I arrived because of an evening concert. Thanks to the excellent location, I could easily and quickly return by 23:00. The night was completely silent; the noisy Budapest was almost unrecognizable. I hadn’t slept so well in a long time. The accommodation’s equipment is fully modern, and the host, Nahoko, is extremely kind, flexible, and helpful. I can only recommend it!
