How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The bed was too soft, the AC was noisy, and the elevator made noise too.

The location and the credit options were good, but the food was not great and lunch was only offered at the pool.

“Placentera.”

Breakfast was excellent, and the spot couldn't be better.

“Beside this problem with the air conditioning the rest was good.”

The spot is very good, but the air‑conditioning system failed the first night and even after attempts to fix it we couldn't control the temperature.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly, yet a noisy rooster kept us up and the staff said it was a normal situation at the hotel.
