“Decepción!”
The beds were comfortable and clean, but the location was awful—next to a main road and a factory with a huge 10‑meter chimney. The staff were fine. We ended up in a terrible apartment: a sad sofa without armrests, covered in hair and dirty, an old kitchen that was clean but so shabby it felt unusable, and a bathroom with a door that made you avoid looking at the grime on the guide and the corner of the floor. I was embarrassed renting this place for my family; it didn’t match the photos. I imagine it’s the worst and the other apartments are better.
