How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend it. The staff are excellent, always helpful and eager to make things easier. The location is clean and the surroundings are beautiful. I couldn't find any faults.

While the room was clean, the guest's overall experience was ruined by several disappointments, including the lack of western food options and basic amenities like milk. The hotel's website had promised a western restaurant, but it was only open on weekends, and the guest was left without a suitable dining option. The absence of milk for their tea was the final straw.

Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet the guest's basic expectations, with a malfunctioning air conditioner and unexpected double charges. The guest's experience was marred by these issues, which overshadowed any potential positives. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

The hotel's location and scenic views of the sea were major positives, but the guest's experience was marred by a few disappointments, including an empty mini bar and the absence of coffee in the room. Despite these issues, the guest appreciated the spacious room and bathroom.

Our stay at this hotel was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, with a wide range of amenities available to cater to our needs. The hotel's garden, pool, and fitness center were notable highlights, and the cleanliness of the facilities was satisfactory. However, we felt that the staff could be more welcoming, particularly during breakfast.
